Join us at Bloody Mary’s for an immersive evening celebrating the pioneering spirit of Bruichladdich Distillery, one of Scotland’s most acclaimed whisky producers.

Set on the rugged shores of Islay, Bruichladdich has spent more than a century challenging convention, combining time-honoured distilling traditions with a relentless drive for innovation, transparency and terroir-led whisky making.

Founded in 1881, the distillery is known for its uncompromising approach to craftsmanship, producing whiskies that express the unique character of Islay through locally sourced barley, slow distillation and meticulous attention to detail. From the elegant and unpeated Bruichladdich range to the bold, heavily peated Port Charlotte collection, every expression tells a story of place, provenance and passion.

Your evening begins with a Botanist Gin & Tonic, crafted from the distillery’s award-winning Islay dry gin, before embarking on a guided tasting of five distinctive Bruichladdich whisky expressions.

Experience the fresh, floral complexity of The Classic Laddie before progressing through a selection of drams that showcase the remarkable breadth and diversity of the distillery’s portfolio.

Complementing the whiskies is a generous 3-course feast-style menu created by Executive Chef Christopher Walker, designed to bring people together around the table while perfectly enhancing each pour. Whether you’re a seasoned whisky enthusiast or simply curious to explore one of Scotland’s most progressive distilleries, this is an evening not to be missed.

Join us at Bloody Mary’s for a celebration of craftsmanship, character and the unmistakable spirit of Bruichladdich.
