Big flavour takes centre stage with our Burger Nation creations, and we’re not offering only one burger. In true Bloody Mary’s style, we’re going big!

 

First up is our Double Wagyu Bacon Burger, a decadent stack built for serious appetites. Two smashed wagyu patties bring the richness, layered with bacon mayo, APA-caramelised onions, American cheese, McClure’s pickles, and finished with a lavish pour of cowboy butter béarnaise, all held together in a soft potato bun. It’s indulgence in every bite — best enjoyed matched with a crisp Tuatara Tomahawk APA. Go all in with the combo for $35, or tackle the burger solo for $29.

 

Turning up the heat, our Spicy Free Range BBQ Chicken Burger delivers bold, smoky comfort with a fiery twist. Free-range buttermilk fried chicken is coated in BMs BBQ sauce and stacked with streaky bacon, smoked cheddar, McClure’s pickles, and punchy kimchi for a flavour hit that doesn’t hold back. Served on a potato bun and perfectly paired with a Tuatara Hazy Pale Ale, it’s the ultimate balance of crunch, spice, and refreshment — $35 as a combo or $27 for the burger alone.
